- Its Champagne Cocktails all the way. We have three fantastic Champagne Cocktails to choose from. There is the Flirtini, with rasberry vodka, to bring out the minx in all of you, there is the Bellini, with peach schnupps for that fruity zing, and the new kid on the block the Sloe Royale with Sloe gin. What more could you want. If you fancy a game of cards, a bit of poker, just ask the bar staff for a deck of cards. Or even the roulette wheel....well maybe not quite.
